We have experienced service technicians ready to respond to your call 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our service office is always ready to assist you. With our on-duty staff arrangements, we have more than 10 service technicians on our regular duty roster and at least two employees at the office during ordinary working hours. If the task cannot be handled via telephone, our diligent technicians will quickly respond and resolve the problem.

Monday-Thursday: 07.00 AM - 15.45 PM

Friday: 07.00 AM - 12.20 PM

Central European Time Zone (UTC+01:00)

If you need service outside ordinary working hours, we can offer you our Hotline agreement which applies 24/7 - 365 days a year.
